What considerations do you need to take into account when laying synthetic grass?

Synthetic grass can be installed virtually anywhere - over cement, on stairs or indoors. We’ve installed a six-hole putting green on top of a four-car garage and a soccer field on top of a multi-level car park! All that’s needed is a surface with a porous base for water drainage or a clean well-draining cement or paved area. The block doesn't have to be flat and most sloped areas are fine.

Does synthetic grass fade?

Synthetic grass does fade slightly over time, but not much. All our synthetic grass products are UV-stabilised and designed to handle the harsh Australian climate.

How do I maintain my grass?

Synthetic grass is low-maintenance. No more mowing, fertilising or watering your lawn.

Is synthetic grass pet-friendly?

Yes! Synthetic grass is safe and non-allergenic. It’s also resistant to stains and easy to clean. Simply remove the pet waste and rinse the area with water or a mild soap. A turf deodoriser can also help remove odours.

What is synthetic grass made from?

Synthetic grass is made from extruded polypropylene, polyethylene, or nylon PVC (or plastic) fibre.

Does synthetic grass look/feel real?

Synthetic lawns these days are a far cry from the astro turfs of the past. They can look incredibly natural, are soft to touch and have the appearance of a perfectly manicured lawn.

Is there a best time to install synthetic lawn?

The grass can be installed at any time of the year.
